Cleaner for dried water based varnish and Flexo inks
Features and Benefits

Removes stubborn residues of varnish – water and solvent based – and flexo inks - cleans varnishing circulation by flushing
- Low odour and high flash point (above 100°C)
- softens, dissolves and removes dried varnish and other residues

Directions
Apply DV-Intense on a sponge or rag and clean varnishing unit or Anilox Rollers.
Cleaning the Varnish Circulation: dilute DV-Intense 1:10 till 1:20 with water and flush through the circulation for a couple of minutes, then drain and clean with water again.
Higher temperatures up to 40°C rise the solvency power of DVD-Flash.
